OWNER

With four daughters and one son the wish to promote a family / home from home environment is paramount. Beccy strongly believes that her experiences as a working mother have led her to become highly sensitive to the needs of other working parents and also the difficulties that they face on a daily basis. She has experienced juggling work with nursery care and is well aware of the areas that need to be addressed. “Parents need to be supported and able to feel involved in their child’s development” .

Beccy spent eight years in the food industry working for an M&S food supplier. The first six years were spent as a New Product Development Technologist and remaining two as a Buyer.

Previous to that Beccy gained experience in retail management and enjoyed many years teaching modern and tap dance to children aged between three and fifteen years.

Beccy handles the business side of the nursery but also gets involved in day-to-day activities. 

Manager

Abbey is a qualified and experienced member of staff who has worked at Favours since 2008. She has a business degree and studied further to this to become an Early Years Teacher. Abbey also holds certificates in Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Baby Room Project and Designated Safeguarding Lead. She is responsible for overseeing the running of both nurseries and supporting the managers. 

In 2018 Abbey and Stuart had their daughter, Daisy who attends holiday club. In 2022 they then had their second daughter Ivy, who attends both nurseries.
Stuart has a business degree and is on site Thursdays and Fridays. Stuart handles all accounts for the business and can help if you have any queries around invoices and funding.

 Manager

Emma is the Nursery Manager at Moulton and has worked for us since July 2019. Emma has an BA(Hons) Degree in Early Childhood Studies and has worked leading in all rooms during her time with us. 

Emma started at our Irthlingborough nursery and then moved to Moulton in 2022.

Emma is responsible for the well-being and development of both the children and staff.

Emma is also a designated safeguarding lead for the nursery.

Deputy Manager

India is the Deputy Manager at Moulton and has worked for 
us since 2021. India has a level 3 qualification in Early Years  practice. India is currently studying for her Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner. India returned from maternity leave in March 2025 after having her son Roux. India is also one of the leaders in our pre-school and responsible for ensuring children leave us ready to succeed in their journey at school.

Sam is the Nursery Manager at Irthlingborough and has worked for us since 2026 and previous to this a period at our Moulton nursery.


Sam has completed her BA(Hons) Degree in Early Childhood Studies, her Early Years Teacher Status and her Qualified Teacher Status.
Sam started as our baby room lead at the Moulton nursery before working as a teacher in local primary schools. Sam is now back in early years, which she loves.


Sam is the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator and a Designated Safeguarding Lead for the nursery.
Sam has 5 children of her own and is responsible for the well-being and development of both the children and staff.

Deputy Manager

Yasmine is the Deputy Manager at Irthlingborough and has worked for us since 2016.


Yasmine completed her Level 5 apprenticeship while with us and is now an Early Years Lead Practitioner.


Yasmine has worked in all areas but moved to Babies in 2022 where she now leads this area.


Yasmine has 2 children of her own and is responsible for the well-being and development of both the children and staff during Sam's absence.

Assistant Manager

Abi is the Assistant Manager at Irthlingborough and has worked for us since 2026.


Abi is Level 3 qualified in early years and has completed lots of other 
CPD including a Level 2 in Team Management.


Abi has 1 child of her own and is responsible for helping Sam ensure 
that the nursery runs smoothly, building strong parent partnerships.
